Description

Self-paced learning sessions focused on what leaders can do to foster and maintain a healthy workplace. We identify and describe five core focal areas that leaders can use immediately to enhance the health of their workplace: recognition; involvement; growth & development; health & safety and teams.

At the end of these sessions, participants will be able to:

  • describe the notion of a healthy workplace
  • identify five ways in which they, as leaders, can contribute to the health of their workplace
  • understand how their actions influence others
  • implement effective leadership practices to enhance the health of their workplace

Features

  • Self-paced:
    • The sessions online and asynchronous, allowing participants to complete them at their own pace.
  • 3 hours in total:
    • Six short sessions designed to be completed in 30 minutes or less each
    • Each session features a brief recorded video presentation (approximately 15 minutes)
